The club will be hosting a fundraiser called the Piranhas Splash for Cash on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 during the Club Hell week.

The goal of this event is to have our swimmers challenge themselves to swim as many lengths as they can in an hour (or 30 minutes for the warm pool groups). They can reach out to friends and family with their goals and request donations for the team via their personal fundraising page. Our fundraising goal for our first event is $5000, and we hope to be able to use fundraised money to help offset meet fees for our swimmers, to make it more affordable for all to compete.

Our swimmers will be rewarded for their fundraising efforts with prizes should they meet fundraising goals:

• $100: Piranhas swim cap

• $250: Piranhas baseball hat

• $500: Surprise gift valued at $50

• $1000: Surprise gift valued at $100

• And…… the top club fundraiser will get to shave Coach Brett’s hair!

Our event will take place on Tuesday July 8th during the Club Hell week with the timing of the groups as follows.

• Wave skills:  30 min: 6-6:30pm

• Splash:  30 min: 4-4:30pm

• Swell:  30 min: 4:30-5pm

• Surf:  60 min: 5-6pm

• Dynamo:   60 min: 4-5pm

• Bolt:   60 min: 4-5pm

• Sprint:   60 min: 5:15-6:15pm

• Crush:  60 min: 6:30-7:30pm

We will be looking for volunteer lap counters (ideally count your child’s laps, or find someone who can). Signup will follow closer to the event.
