PRACTICE INFORMATION

Please have your swimmer at the pool 15 minutes ahead of scheduled practice time at Door 33 for activation (warmup)

Change rooms are open.

Your child will need a jammer or speedo, towel, goggles, swim cap (for those with long hair) and water bottle that only they will drink out of.

All swimmers will need fins. Finis brand is recommended. Red group swimmers will need fins, paddles and snorkels. Please label all equipment with your name. These can be purchased through Team Aquatics, Speedo, or any other online store.
