2011 Piranhas Purdy’s Fundraiser

Purchase your Chocolates AND Raise money for PIRANHAS!

Steps for Success:
• Goal for each member is to sell $60.00 from the Purdy’s catalog. We need each family’s support in fundraising. All profit goes directly to help PIRANHAS.
• Use Purdy’s brochure or use ‘Easy Ordering’ feature to ask neighbors, family, friend and colleagues to support piranhas
• If not ordering online - Add up individual orders on one total order form per member, with total payment collected

Details to Note:
• Return orders by NOV 18, 2011 to Tracy or Marie OR put in the PURDY’S FILE FOLDER in the Piranhas Family File Box or ‘ORDER ONLINE.’
• Pick up orders at Panorama Pool (EMAIL will come out once we get the shipment with the exact date for pick up)

Methods of Payment:
• Visa or MasterCard when ordering online
• Cash - place in an envelope attached to your total order
• Cheque - make payable to Sidney Piranhas and attach to your total order

How to place your order:

1. Go to this link on your computer:
http://www.purdysgpp.com
Click “Sign up a new member”
Enter “Customer Number” (Piranha’s customer number is: 21405) and Click ‘Find Group’
2. Complete the form and register as a member with Piranha’s
3. You will be sent your own customer ID and password that you can use to place your chocolate order (which will be delivered with the Organization’s order)

How to be the TOP FUNDRAISER:

Invite Friends, Family and Colleagues to order online:
1. Once logged on at www.purdysgpp.com (as per above), go to the “Easy Ordering” link (in column to the right)
2. Send an email to all your friends, family and colleagues asking them to order online to raise money for our group (they will pay directly with their credit card)
3. All online orders placed by your contacts will be linked to your account and will be delivered to you under the Sub-Coordinators’ orders.

Please make sure you give your contacts YOUR customer ID Number to register (members wishing to invite MUST use their own User ID Number as the registration number to invite their friends).

Nov 27 – Dec 13.
